StoryPix is an AI-powered platform for creating personalized illustrated stories. This Content Policy outlines what types of content are and are not permitted on our platform. By using StoryPix, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

**Prohibited Content:** • Copyrighted characters (e.g., Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, Elsa) • Trademarked names and logos (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Nintendo) • Celebrity names and likenesses without authorization • Content from copyrighted books, movies, TV shows, or games • Fan fiction using protected characters **Permitted Content:** • Original characters and stories you create • Generic descriptions of art styles (e.g., "cartoon style," "watercolor style") • Public domain characters (e.g., classic fairy tale characters) • Parody that qualifies as fair use (at your own legal risk) **Your Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and content do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. If you receive a copyright claim due to your content, you agree to indemnify StoryPix per our Terms of Service.

**Strictly Prohibited:** • Violence, gore, or graphic content • Sexual or adult content • Content sexualizing minors (zero tolerance - immediate account termination) • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment • Content promoting illegal activities • Self-harm or suicide-related content • Terrorist or extremist content • Disinformation or harmful misinformation **Content Moderation:** • Our AI providers have built-in safety filters that block harmful content • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines • Repeated violations will result in account termination

**Prohibited Activities:** • Attempting to bypass content filters or safety systems • Using automated scripts or bots to access the service • Reverse engineering or extracting our AI models • Reselling or redistributing generated content commercially without authorization • Creating excessive accounts to abuse free credits • Intentionally overloading our systems **API Usage:** • StoryPix is for personal use only unless you have a commercial license • Automated bulk generation is not permitted on standard accounts

**Our Response to Violations:** • **First offense (minor):** Warning and content removal • **Second offense:** Temporary account suspension (7-30 days) • **Third offense or severe violation:** Permanent account termination • **Illegal content:** Immediate termination and report to authorities if required **DMCA Compliance:** We respond to valid copyright infringement notices. Content identified in DMCA takedown requests will be removed within 24-48 hours.
