Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At StoryPix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for our AI-powered story generation subscription service.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase, subject to the following conditions:
**Eligible for Full Refund:**
• Request made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
• You have used less than 20% of your allocated monthly credits
**Not Eligible for Refund:**
• You have used 20% or more of your monthly credits (the service has been substantially used)
• Subscription renewals (the guarantee applies to first-time purchases only)
• Credit top-up purchases
• Free tier credits (these are complimentary and non-refundable)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Send an email to hi@storypix.art
2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
3. We will review your request within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
5. The refund will be returned to your original payment method
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
**How to Cancel:**
• Go to Settings > Subscription in your StoryPix account
• Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal
• Select "Cancel subscription"
**What Happens After Cancellation:**
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to all features and remaining credits until the period ends
• Your stories and content remain accessible even after cancellation
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
**Reactivation:**
• You can resubscribe at any time
• Previous content and stories will still be available
5. Credits Policy
**Monthly Credit Allocation:**
• Subscription credits are allocated at the start of each billing period
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
**Upon Cancellation:**
• Remaining credits can be used until the end of your billing period
• Credits are not convertible to cash
• No partial refunds are given for unused credits within a billing period
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at hi@storypix.art before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unjustified.
